Frogs
We carry an array of frogs. Tank size will be dependent on the exact frog, and size of the animal at the time of purchase. Broadly, expect the requirement of at least Tanks that are 12×12×18 and 18×18×24. AGAIN THIS DEPENDS ON THE AGE/SIZE OF THE FROG.

Bearded Dragons
Beaded Dragons will require a 95-120 gallon aquarium as fully grown adults.
as babies a 20-40 gallon is where to start. As they grow you will need to upgrade their environment and lighting.
BABIES CANNOT GO IN A 4FTX4FTX2FT CAGE. They get overwhelmed in too large of cages and this leads to stress, poor diet, and inactivity.

Chameleons
The size enclosure you get will depend on the size/age of the animal. Babies will need no less than 18”x18”x24”. Adults 24”x24”x48”. Screen verses glass is an opiniated specification. We can teach you how to make both work.

Leopard Geckos
Tank size will depend on if you are getting a baby or adult. Babies can start off in 10-20 gallons. Adults should be in 20-40 gallons. Babies can be cohabitated until sexual maturity. Males will need to be separated. Adult females can be housed together IF you provide 40+ gallons.

Hermit Crabs
HERMIT CRABS NEED AT MINIMUM 20 GALLONS FOR TWO.
We will not accept plastic bug keepers as suitable homes. Hermit crab care/research has greatly improved over the years. Just because “it worked fine when i was a kid” does not make it okay. We will deny the sale of hermit crabs to anyone with this mentality.

Axolotls
Did you know getting a tank ready for an Axolotl can take WEEKS?
This IS NOT an animal you buy the same day as all of the equipment. You must build the home and allow it to complete the Nitrogen Cycle before putting them into the tank.
Please head over to youtube and watch LOTS of videos about their care before you decide to get one. They are cute, and kiddos are OBSESSED with them. But they are a lot to care for.

Babies will need a 12”x12”x18” enclosure to start. As adults they will require a minimum of 18”x18”x24”. Remember bigger is always better for adults. Babies and adult females can be cohabitated with caution and monitoring, males cannot.

You are not required to purchase enclosures from us however, we reserve the rights to deny the sale if the set-up is not adequate.
